Telephone – The freephone number that clients /customers can ring is 0800 144 8444. Calls are being dealt with on a national basis and will be dealt with by the first available person wherever they are in the country. If it is determined the matter cannot be dealt with by telephone this will be passed to the relevant local Citizens Advice to contact the person to arrange a face to face interview.

Face to face – this will be at our office in the Millennium Centre and at the Jobcentre.
